Online Process Group Experience for Women

Registrants are required to attend all twelve sessions. CE credits will not be awarded to registrants who miss sessions.
New members (all female identified) are invited to join women from a previous online PGE Institute. Participants will learn about being a member of a group by experiencing it firsthand. Members will spontaneously create group process. Leader will include cognitive explanations for her interventions. This illustrating stage specific interventions, role acquisition, healthy norm development, cohesiveness, transference and counter-transference. Although the process will be a deeply personal one, it is not meant to be psychotherapy but training to be a qualified group therapist.
The participant will be able to:
Explain phase-specific leader interventions.
Monitor healthy norm development.
Identify roles of leadership.
