Les R. Greene, Ph.D. holds a joint appointment at VA Connecticut Healthcare System and Yale University Department of Psychiatry where he supervises and teaches psychiatry residents, psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows in individual, group and couples psychotherapy. He also maintains a private practice in psychotherapy and organizational consultation in Connecticut. Dr. Greene supervises over 20 therapy groups covering a range of clinical populations, including schizophrenia, substance abuse, depression and personality disorders, and spanning a variety of outpatient settings. A former editor of the International Journal of Group Psychotherapy, he writes extensively in the areas of group dynamics and group psychotherapy. A fellow of the American Psychological Association, he currently is President of the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
